Papers, presentations, group projects, midterms, finals, oh my!

Classwork can certainly be overwhelming, and thankfully Downtown St. Cloud has excellent spots to focus and study.      Do you like to study in silence, or perhaps at a coffee shop or maybe even a bookstore? See below some of the great options for powering through coursework in downtown St. Cloud.

Quiet, calm and productive?

Sounds like a trip to the library!

Have you been to the Great River Regional Library downtown? Located at 1300 W. St. Germain Street, it is steps from everything! This library is the perfect mix of modern and cozy, and most of all, quiet. There are alcoves, desks, comfy chairs, and even study rooms located on the second floor.

Are coffee shops more your vibe?

Capital One Cafe in downtown St. Cloud is an excellent place to study with ample sunlight, and places to sit and plug in. As the only place in Minnesota to serve Peet’s Coffee, this should certainly be on your list of places to try.

Doesn’t that mocha below look dreamy? Looking for a place with breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert with your coffee? Look no further than Jules’ Bistro.

Coffee meets art here at Kinder Coffee Lab. Roasted and brewed right on site. Drive-thru or dine in at this modern coffee shop.

Step back in time at Oblivion CoffeeBar & Mercantile with stained glass windows & suede couches.

Winter 2023 brought our first Starbucks to downtown St. Cloud. Cozy up with a veranda blend and some class studying at their new location at 118 6th Ave.

Co-working space for students? Heck yes.

Co-working space for students? Heck yes. Check out Apiary Coworking in Downtown St. Cloud. For students, a Daily Drop in for our Flex Desk (open workspace) is just $30 a day! Or are you feeling more private office vibes? A $65 a day, you could have an office all to yourself!

Study in a historic downtown bookstore?

Books Revisited downtown is full of the historic charm of rows upon rows of bookshelves and classic wood floors and character. Pop up here in a comfy chair for class studying.
